EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE REQUESTING YOUR TOUR
Duration
It depends on the monuments you choose. Visiting a single site takes less time, and combining several needs more. We'll state the duration in the proposal.
Languages and groups
The tour is just for your group and is available in Spanish and English. Let us know your preference when you request it.
Available times
Tell us your preferred day and the start time that suits you best. We'll confirm it based on the availability of the guide and the monuments.
Private tour price
There is no fixed rate. The price depends on the monuments, the duration and the number of people, and we'll send you a fixed price before you confirm anything.
What's included
Includes an official guide.
Monument tickets are not included.

Confirmation
Confirmation is instant and you receive the voucher by email with the key booking details. On the day of the visit, just show it on your phone.
Accessibility
If you're travelling with people with reduced mobility or with pushchairs, let us know when you request the tour so we can plan the route.
Families and pets
The pace is adapted to the group, including when there are children. Pets are not allowed inside the monuments due to their regulations.
Group size
Maximum 30 people per guide under current regulations.

Tick the monuments you're interested in on the form: Alcazaba, Roman Theatre, Cathedral, Port and Museo Picasso. You can choose just one or combine several.
MÁLAGA TAILOR-MADE TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the tour.
If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours before, we'll refund 50%.
With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't show up, there is no refund.
JUST HAVE AN IDEA? WE'LL START FROM THERE
You don't need a finished plan. Tell us which monuments appeal to you, how many of you there are and when you want to come, and we'll prepare the route.
If you're travelling with children or older people, or you'd like to finish near a tapas area, just tell us and we'll take it into account.
You'll receive a proposal with an official guide, an agreed schedule and a fixed price, with no extra costs.

The guide adjusts the pace and order as things unfold, always within what was agreed in the proposal.
WHAT IF IT'S VERY HOT OR IT RAINS?
We suggest the coolest hours in summer and, if it rains, we propose prioritising indoor visits. We'll discuss it when preparing the proposal.
CAN I ADD STOPS TO EAT OR REST?
Yes, let us know when you request the tour and we'll take it into account when planning the route. Food is not included.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I REQUEST IT?
The sooner the better, especially on high-demand dates. We'll reply with the guide's actual availability.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
Free of charge up to 72 hours before. Between 72 and 24 hours before, a 50% refund. With less than 24 hours' notice or if you don't show up, there is no refund.
